If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase- we are here to assist.
You have 60 calendar days to return the LIVE Health & Sleep Monitor from the date you have received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card – You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may cancel your subscription service for the app by calling our Customer Support team at 888-760-4857 Monday- Saturday 9A to 8P EST. If you return your Live by EarlySense® Health & Sleep monitor during its guarantee timeframe, your app subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged anything further.
